Right of Cancellation Returns

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all parts and components and the packaging is intact. Normal use of the product is evident, damage caused by incorrect use is excluded. Products where hygiene plays a role must be carefully cleaned before being returned. The product was defective upon receipt. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs. A return will be processed within 7 business days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without it being our fault.

How can I return my order? If your order meets the above conditions, proceed as follows to arrange the return: Send an email to: info@harrisbrisbane.com

Make sure the email contains the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo of the product in case of damage
  • First and last name of the customer
  • Address of the customer

We will contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the product back to the sender; we will give you the correct address after you have contacted us. The shipping costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense.

Right of Withdrawal The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or independent professional activity:

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Right of Cancellation: The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after ordering. We therefore cannot stop the shipping process before delivery has taken place. Cancellation is therefore no longer possible after the goods have been shipped.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by mail or email). The return is considered complete once we have received the goods. The return costs are at the buyer's expense.

Delays and delivery times: Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is no longer possible. Wait until you have received the goods and return them if necessary. You can of course also inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To process your return as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of cancellation If you withdraw from this agreement, we must refund all payments you have made to us, with the exception of delivery costs (unless additional costs arise because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without unnecessary delay and without additional costs. For this refund, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will fees be charged for the refund.

Photos of the product: We reserve the right to request photos of the product being worn by the customer to verify whether it is indeed too small. This helps us to ensure that the problem actually lies in the size and to avoid misunderstandings.

ALL RETURNS ARE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
